CEF Group delegation to engage African and global energy stakeholders on energy security, investment, and sustainable development

Cape Town, South Africa – The Central Energy Fund (CEF) Group will participate in Africa Energy Week (AEW) 2026, taking place from 12–16 October 2026 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

The CEF Group delegation will be led by the Group Chairperson, Ms. Ayanda Noah accompanied by CEOs of CEF Group subsidiaries, non-executive directors, and senior executives. The delegation will use the platform to engage with government, industry leaders, investors, development finance institutions, technical experts, energy stakeholders, and the media on matters central to South Africa and the continent’s energy future.

CEF’s participation comes at an important period for the energy sector, as South Africa and the broader African continent seek to strengthen energy security, expand energy infrastructure, attract investment, support industrialisation, and ensure that energy resources contribute meaningfully to economic development and job creation.

CEF Group representatives will participate in a number of high-level panel discussions and sessions throughout the week, addressing issues across the energy value chain.
