Kenyon International Celebrates 10 Years of Excellence, Sets Bold Vision for Energy Future
Lagos, Nigeria – September 12, 2025
Kenyon International, an indigenous oil and gas servicing company, marked its 10th anniversary with a high-profile celebration at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.
The event drew industry leaders, government representatives, and academics, including former Akwa Ibom State Governor Obong Victor Attah.
Reflecting on the company’s growth, CEO Dr. Victor Ekpenyong highlighted Kenyon’s role in reviving idle oil wells, leveraging divestment opportunities, and deploying technologies like Interwell MSAS, which has restored more than 7,000 barrels per day without production disruption.
“Nigeria produces over 1.5 million barrels of oil daily, and Kenyon has been part of this progress,” Ekpenyong said. “Our goal is to help the country surpass 3 million barrels per day while preparing for cleaner energy alternatives.”
Industry leaders praised Kenyon’s contributions, with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) describing the company as a model of technical excellence and youth empowerment. Scholarships for university students were also announced as part of the anniversary.
