JOB OPPORTUNITY: QAQC ENGINEERS (REF: IEA 2025/007)

A leading EPC company and an active player in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The QA/QC Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems. Organize and conduct inspection and testing of equipment and materials. He will ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Responsible for identifying quality-related issues and providing solutions to prevent recurrence. Monitor and audit subcontractor quality performance.

Review and approve quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements and Procedures. Coordinate and supervise inspection and testing activities. Monitor and report project quality performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Maintain records and documentation of all quality-related activities. Provide training and support to project personnel. Ensure that all products delivered meet project specifications and requirements.

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
Applicants must possess the following:

• BSc/HND in any field of Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Civil, Structural, Welding Eng. etc.

• 5+ years’ working experience in Engineering, Construction and environment

• NDT level II certification (ASNT) is required

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD

• Proficient in Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) will be an added advantage

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team under pressure

• Ability to pay attention to details

• Computer literacy

• Experience in Oil and Gas will be an added advantage
