Dangote Warns Truckers Over Illegal Use of Company Logo

Dangote Industries Limited (DIL) has warned truck operators against the unauthorized use of its logo, vowing to enforce legal measures to protect its brand identity.

The company said despite repeated cautions, some independent truckers continue to display Dangote’s insignia, leading to reputational harm when unaffiliated vehicles are linked to incidents.

DIL announced it will intensify surveillance with law enforcement to clamp down on offenders.

“We have repeatedly cautioned truckers to refrain from using our logo on unauthorised vehicles. Moving forward, we will increase vigilance and take decisive legal action against misuse of our brand identity,” the company said.
