According to the organiser, the event will be hosted and sponsored by Saudi Aramco Plc.

It will be a major step by energy industry players in the achievement of the Net-Zero by 2050 goal and limiting the negative effects of climate change. On policy and regulation, the panel discussion will seek to answer some of these questions:

  • What actions are needed to achieve net-zero emissions of greenhouse gases by 2050?
  • What pledges are being made by major corporations, municipalities, states and national governments?
  • How can companies drive the adoption of CCS as quickly and cost-effectively etc.?

Keynote speakers will also address the key gaps on the path towards CCS deployment, lowering carbon intensity and enabling growth, investing in the CCUS value chain.
