In his keynote address, titled Overview of National Strategy for Public Service Reforms, Arabi described NIMASA as one of the leading public bodies embracing transformation. He noted that the agency’s reforms reflect a clear alignment with national goals, saying their digital approach is not only innovative but necessary for effective governance. He also emphasized BPSR’s commitment to supporting institutions with tools like the Self-Assessment Tool and encouraging stakeholder collaboration for consistent service improvements.

In response, the Director-General of NIMASA, Dr. Dayo Mobereola, reiterated the agency’s resolve to drive reform as part of its broader mission to contribute to national development. He emphasized that innovation stems from reform and warned that without change, stagnation is inevitable.
