He revealed the state government’s search for investors to rejuvenate the hotel on mutually beneficial terms. Diri also extended an invitation to the NCDMB, requesting that major events organized by the Board be hosted in Bayelsa. “Let international conferences be held here in Yenagoa,” he remarked.

Reciprocating the positive spirit, Ogbe emphasized his desire for close collaboration with the state government. “I want to work closely with you,” he declared, “to ensure our projects in Bayelsa State are completed to the mutual benefit of the Board and the State.” Reiterating his commitment to partnership, Ogbe assured the governor, “If we have any difficulties, I’ll always come back to you.”
