Aradel Records 10 Million LTI-Free Man-Hours Across Operations
Aradel Holdings Plc has achieved a major safety milestone, recording 10 million man-hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI) across its operations as of December 21, 2025.
The achievement, which cuts across all subsidiaries of the indigenous integrated energy company, was recorded during a period of expanded operational activity, underscoring the strength of Aradel’s health, safety and environment (HSE) culture. The company attributed the milestone to structured safety initiatives, proactive leadership and sustained workforce commitment to safe work practices.
Aradel noted that its annual HSE Week, now in its ninth year, has played a key role in reinforcing safety awareness and sustaining world-class safety performance across the organisation.
The company said it remains committed to operational excellence, having attained ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management and ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. It is also on track to achieve ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
In August 2025, Aradel marked 20 years of continuous production while maintaining a strong HSE record. The company has also deployed SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Management software to digitally manage occupational health, workplace safety and environmental compliance.
Commenting on the milestone, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Aradel Holdings Plc, Adegbite Falade, said safety remains the company’s foremost measure of success.
“Our safety record reflects not only the robustness of our systems, but also the strength of our culture. Achieving 10 million man-hours without LTI demonstrates the discipline, collaboration, and dedication of everyone working across our business. At Aradel, we proceed at the speed of safety,” Falade said.
