All On’s Caroline Eboumbou Honored with “Outstanding Woman in Renewable Energy” Award

Caroline Eboumbou, the Chief Executive Officer of All On, has been recognized with the prestigious “Outstanding Woman in Renewable Energy” award at the recently concluded 2024 Women in Maritime & Energy Award ceremony held in Lagos.

The 2024 WIME award, themed #InspireInclusion – Powering Partnerships for Progress, marks the third edition of celebrating women’s accomplishments in the Maritime and Energy sectors. The event aims to honor exceptional women in these industries while fostering knowledge sharing to drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

Expressing her gratitude upon receiving the award, Caroline Eboumbou remarked, “I am honored by this recognition.” She emphasized All On’s mission to enhance access to commercial energy products and services in underserved off-grid energy markets across Nigeria. “This award acknowledges the value of our work and underscores the importance of collaboration and support as we strive to reach more communities,” she added, praising the dedication of the All On team.

This accolade not only highlights Caroline’s leadership but also reaffirms All On’s position as a frontrunner in renewable energy solutions and gender equality advocacy within the energy sector.

Caroline Eboumbou assumed the role of All On CEO on August 1, 2022. Under her guidance, the company has made significant strides in positively impacting lives, expanding its outreach, and undertaking transformative projects to bring electricity to numerous underserved communities in Nigeria.

Caroline, known for her passion for pan-Africanism, private sector development, and economic empowerment, brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at the Rockefeller Foundation and the African Development Bank, where she played pivotal roles in investment and financing for sustainable energy projects.
