11 PLC Adjusts Manpower Sourcing to Boost Productivity

In a strategic move to enhance service delivery, 11 PLC (formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc) has announced changes in its manpower sourcing approach.

Under the new arrangement, employees engaged by the previous manpower firm will be absorbed by the new vendor, ensuring continuity of employment. Any outstanding entitlements from the old vendor will be settled according to existing terms and conditions.

The company reaffirmed that all service providers and their employees will continue to receive competitive compensation, while also receiving support to improve productivity.
